Taylor'd Hydraulic Solutions Limited is proud to be a small business offering a variety of personalised hydraulic services.

By working with just one person to design, build, install and commission your project we can ensure that there is no miscommunication and you get what you want the first time.   We can supply, install, test and maintain all hydraulic systems including hoses, fittings, valves, pumps, motors and rams – from a simple blown hose to larger scale design and installation work.

Our services include:

  • Design & installation of new hydraulic systems

  • Re-building of hydraulic systems, pumps, motors and valving

  • Supply of purpose-built rams

  • Fault finding in hydraulic systems

  • Intrinsically safe testing from 10 to 400 litres per minute

  • Scheduled maintenance of systems:

    • Set up and management of a preventative maintenance programme; including regularly recorded system checks for pressure, minimise lost time and costs from unexpected breakdowns
Any other maintenance / servicing requirements tailored to your needs.

Chris is also an authorised  technician, and can run computerised diagnostic programs.  This combined with his specialist knowledge of hydraulic systems is going to get the fault found and fixed right.

If you have Elevating Work Platforms (EWP) we can schedule and carry out the six monthly certification checks on these for you and undertake any repair work that may be required.  (CBIP Certified, Level I)

Taylor'd Hydraulic Solutions Limited has a truck set up as a mobile workshop ready to travel to you, and with our workshop at our Te Kowhai property we are equipped to take care of all your Hydraulic requirements either at your place or ours.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us as we will be pleased to advise you and provide a no-obligation quote.
